Welcome to Kindergarten 

Good Afternoon! 

 

It was a beautiful day for Pumpkin Fest and it was great to see so many of you enjoying it with your family.  We enjoyed the pumpkin patch last week and there are a few more fun activities planned this week as we look forward to the costume parade and trick-or-treating at Harmony on Friday. If you have not returned the permission form to school yet, please do so as soon as possible so I can make carpooling arrangements. 

 

I look forward to meeting with many of you this week for parent/teacher conferences. If a day or time doesn't work this week, that's fine, but please let me know and we can schedule something for the following week.

Christ Light stories - "Joseph Forgives His Brothers" (Genesis 43-45) and "Jacob Comes to Egypt" (Genesis 46)

Reading - reading and writing words with the letter "c"; sight words "you" and "my"

Math - time to the hour, ordinal numbers, writing money amounts 

Writing Workshop - writing with speech bubbles

Social Studies - We travel across the Atlantic Ocean this week to Europe and visit the island country of England.
