At Abiding Peace, children in K2 through 8th grade learn, grow, and achieve in an environment enriched with Christian teachings and morals. It’s an education devoted to preparing young minds and hearts for the world that awaits them.
Our history shows God's faithfulness!
Abiding Peace Academy (APA) elementary school was established for grades K-5 in 2009.
God blessed APA with growth and in 2014 the members of Abiding Peace built a stand-alone school building, and ten years later that building was expanded to accommodate serving students in grades K-8. Our school ministry has enabled us to serve the needs of our church families and people from our community and has helped to make Abiding Peace a known and respected entity in the Five Forks area. To God be the glory!

Abiding Peace Academy is part of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) school system, one of the largest private school systems in the United States. The WELS has a rich tradition of academic excellence and has operated highly-regarded schools across the United States as well as internationally for over 165 years. Currently, the WELS school system includes nearly 400 early childhood centers, over 300 elementary schools, and 25 high schools across the nation.
Our teachers make learning fun!
Our pre-school classrooms are age-specific for students in K2, K3 and K4 and foster a creative, explorative learning environment where children develop the attitude that learning can be fun and exciting. With an emphasis on kindergarten readiness, our preschool students are well-prepared for the challenges of elementary school.
Our classrooms allow for extra support & unlimited growth.
Our small class size and low student to teacher ratio allow for a personal and nurturing environment, giving the teacher time to focus daily on each student individually. Our elementary multi-grade level classrooms are unique, allowing teachers the freedom and flexibility to customize each student’s education according to his or her strengths. This addresses each student’s needs and helps those students reach their full potential. Our experienced teachers are trained and educated specifically for the multi-grade classroom setting.
